Earwig Facts:
1. The forceps at the tail end o fan earwigs body are used for defense.
2. Earwigs are mostly nocturnal, feeding at night and hiding during the day.
3. Earwigs dig into the ground to lay their eggs (up to 30 at a time), and the female stays with and protects them until they hatch. She then feeds them until their first molt.

- Lumber and firewood piles (stack them away from the home and up off of the ground).
